Warranty Commitment:
GearLink warrants to end users that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship affecting form, fit, and function. All products meet:
✓ Application requirements specified at time of purchase
✓ Specification standards published on official website or documentation
Claims Process:
– Claims may only be filed by original purchaser during ownership period
– Must be submitted within product’s serviceable lifetime
– GearLink will, at its discretion, provide one of the following solutions:
▶ Repair or replacement of defective products
▶ Credit/refund based on original purchase price or fair market value (whichever is lower)
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
• Failures caused by operation beyond manufacturer’s published parameters
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
• Improper use including power issues or failure to follow instructions
• Force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters)
• Installation/repairs performed by unauthorized service providers
Special Notes:
GearLink reserves the right to use functionally equivalent new or refurbished parts for repairs.

To ensure a smooth and efficient returns process, please carefully follow these requirements:
1. RMA Form Requirement
All return requests must include a completed GearLink RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form, which serves as official documentation of your return authorization. This form can be obtained by contacting our customer service team or through your online account portal. The RMA number provided must be clearly marked on both the form and the exterior of your return package.
2. Pre-Return Verification
Before initiating any return, please:
– Log in to your “My Orders” section to confirm successful product delivery
– Verify the exact product condition and specifications
– Ensure all original packaging and accessories are intact
– Take timestamped photos of any damaged or incorrect items
3. Return Processing Timeline
Once we receive your properly documented return:
– Refund requests will be processed within 3-5 business days
– Exchange items will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt
– Repair cases will receive a diagnostic report within 7 business days
4. Packaging Requirements
All returns must be:
– Securely packaged in original or equivalent protective materials
– Accompanied by all included documentation
– Clearly labeled with the RMA number on at least two sides
5. Special Considerations
Please note:
– Returns without valid RMA forms will be refused
– Incomplete returns may delay processing by 5-7 business days
– High-value items require signature confirmation upon return
